Nestled under the iconic copper roof of the pavilion next to Hotel De Plesman, you find Restaurant Suus, a harmonious blend of historical reverence and contemporary elegance. Tasked with creating an interior that resonates with the rich history of the building, we sought to create a space that feels both timeless and inviting.

 

Warm wooden accents combined with rich green, reds and yellows form the basis of the restaurant's aesthetic. Intimate seating areas offer guests a sense of privacy while still being part of the lively atmosphere, and the thoughtfully designed mezzanine offers an exclusive setting for private dining and special events. On sunnier days, the terrace invites guests to dine outside, further enhancing the restaurant's versatile appeal.
