Dépôt Zuid is a luxury residence project in the heart of Amsterdam Oud-Zuid, transforming a historic building into 18 high-end homes. We were tasked to create a unique pied-à-terre, blending the elegance of Paris with the charm of Amsterdam.

The clients sought a "hotel-plus" experience that still felt like an enveloping home. We curated a blend of new, custom-made furnishings, art pieces, and personal items from their travels. The design features warm, natural materials and carefully selected textures, including grasscloth wallpaper and belgian linen drapery that seamlessly integrate with the loft style architecture.
