Luxury Residential Amenity Interior Design

Set in the heart of Walthamstow, London, this expansive project transforms over 25,000 square feet of amenity spaces within a premium two-tower residential complex. Nicemakers translated the neighborhood's rich artistic heritage and local landscapes into warm, tactile communal interiors tailored for modern multi-family living. The design journey begins in a welcoming lobby anchored by a dramatic sweeping staircase, which leads into a curated sequence of co-working zones, a fully equipped fitness gym, a serene yoga studio, and a multi-layered residents' lounge. Topped with a rooftop lounge offering panoramic city views, the entire development utilizes considered materiality and expressive art curation to seamlessly embed the complex into Walthamstow's creative cultural fabric.
