Located within Hotel de L’Europe, Flore is an intimate, 11-table destination restaurant dedicated to conscious fine dining and sustainability. To reflect Chef Bas van Kranen's pure, nature-driven culinary philosophy, Nicemakers executed a conscious design upgrade overlooking the Amstel River. The interior embraces sustainability as a core element, utilizing a tactile mix of warm wooden paneling, soft organic fabrics, and a lush green scenery palette. The dining room's definitive highlight is a custom, 360-degree wall decoration, drawing inspiration from 19th-century Master paintings to bring the surrounding natural world vividly to life.
