Located within Hotel de L’Europe, Trattoria Graziella is a vibrant, modern reimagining of a traditional Italian eatery inspired by the southern Italian roots of its chef. The interior concept draws architectural inspiration from the grand kitchens of historic Venetian palaces, balancing a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with a touch of understated luxury. During renovation, original wooden wall paneling was uncovered and thoughtfully integrated into the final design to ground the space in authentic character. A central dining bar acts as the room's anchor, specifically tailored to welcome solo travelers into a warm environment layered with rich history and contemporary craftsmanship.
