Nestled under the iconic copper roof of the pavilion adjacent to Hotel De Plesman, Restaurant Suus is a harmonious blend of historical reverence and contemporary elegance. Nicemakers developed a timeless aesthetic rooted in warm wooden accents paired with a rich, inviting palette of deep greens, reds, and yellows. The clever interior layout features intimate seating pockets that offer privacy within a lively atmosphere, alongside a thoughtfully designed mezzanine floor reserved for exclusive private dining and special events. Transitioning seamlessly to the outdoors, the design includes an expansive terrace that extends the restaurant's versatile appeal for al fresco dining.
