Set within the rolling coastal dunes of Zeeland, this modern villa is a masterclass in organic, indoor-outdoor integration. Designed in close collaboration with BNLA Architects right from the conceptual stage, the home features an innovative split-level architectural layout that mirrors the natural shifts in the dune landscape heights.
The expansive, window-filled facade invites panoramic scenic views into the living spaces, turning dramatic sunsets into an extension of the rooms. Nicemakers crafted a rugged yet sophisticated interior, utilizing sustainable wood tones, diverse natural stone types, solid metals, and sharp black accents to echo the surrounding coastal forest. Meticulously detailed alongside landscapers and architects, the entire property emerges as a cohesive, deeply grounded sanctuary.
