Located in a transformed historic building in the heart of Amsterdam Oud-Zuid, this luxury residential loft project blends Parisian elegance with local charm to create a unique pied-à-terre. Designed around a "hotel-plus" experience, the enveloping home balances custom-made furnishings and curated travel art pieces with the building's historic architecture. The interior relies on warm, natural materials and rich textures, seamlessly integrating grasscloth wallpaper and Belgian linen drapery into the loft-style space.
